Hi All,
I hope some of you remember me....I am the VERY proud mum to 4 divine boys...and thought I would come out and share my LONG awaited news that I am now 14 weeks pregnant after FINALLY succeeding in IVF/PGD with Dr Potter in May.
I started swaying for a daughter back in the year 2000 ( YES close to 10 years ago!!) and since then have had 2 WONDERFUL opposites.... have had 6 unsuccessful tries before with PGD the last one ending in a molar pregnancy (odds are 1 in 1500!!)..and recently x2 natural sways ending in miscarriages (x1 of which was a boy).
So this was our VERY VERY VERY last shot at it. It is surreal to say now that I am carrying a daughter and we simply can't believe it ..and we haven't really started celebrating 'yet' after so many shots at it along with miscarriages as well....my truly wonderful huband and I probably won't realise our dream has come true until she is here in March 2010!!
I have spent WAY too many hours on this board (mainly gathering crucial info) and have found it to be VERY beneficial expecially when preparing ourselves for our last PGD...THANKYOU!!
I wish you all EVERY success in your dreams and I hope you find inspiration from my story...I was NEVER going to give up, I believed it was my given right to be able to raise both sons and daughter(s) and I REALLY REALLY REALLY believed some day I would.......
