A new lawsuit has been filed against Baby Gender Mentor by six New York women who claim "devastating effects" from wrong results. I have to say this article doesn't paint a very flattering picture of the people using the test; but the point is a test should NOT claim that it is nearly infallible, when people may use the results to make a life-or-death decision.
