I did pretty well on the IG diet.  I did cheat a little here and there, but it was a big change from the way I used to eat (which included a lot of chocolate, coffee, potatoes, sugar, tomatoes, breakfast cereal, and salty foods)

Not entirely.  I lightened up on the diet during the tww.  I cut out the aspertame completely during this time.

This was not a perfect sway, but we did the best we could do.  While we would love a girl, we would be happy with another boy.  Because of this, we just did what we were comfortable with.  I didn't expect to get pregnant so quickly, especially considering no O, no EWCM, frequent BD and J&D.  When I conceived my boys (I struggled getting pregnant with the first), I had big O, LOTS of EWCM, BD every other day through ovulation, and propped my hips afterward.  I also weigh about 15 lbs less than I did when I conceived my boys.
