Liquid CoQ10 + L-Arginine + L-Carnitine

This is the best replacement for GNC CoQ10 cardio formula which has been discontinued. The link is below and so are the drug facts. i have 2 questions on this: The serving size says 1 tablespoon =15 mL. isn't 1 tablespoon 5 mL? And later L-Arginine + L-Carnitine are 1000 mg. The dosage in FAQ as per GNC cardio formula is 100 mg. So, should i be using 1.5 ML or .5ml to make it 100 mg. Can i club this with another fertility blend for men which most likely have L-Carnitine around 600 mg? Please Help!

A tablespoon is 15 ml and a teaspoon is 5 ml.

Yup, that sounds right. 1/10th i.e 1.5 ml. I'm sorry Tamara if i was not clear. I 'm worried i might overdose DH on L-Carnitine if i include this fertility blend as well. i'm already using 100 mg of L-Carnitine through the Liquid form and plan on adding 600 mg of (L-Carnitine+dongquai+Coenzyme Q10) combination through the fertility blend. is it OK?

There are various amounts of mg per 1ml depending on the formula.  So yes, if you want 100mg and this liquid contains 1000mg of what you want then you would need to take 1.5ml to drop from the 1 tablespoon (1,000mg) down to 1.5 ml (for 100mg) for the l - arginine and 1 carintine.
