When you notice your EWCM shift to creamy IT'S TIME for your attempt!! When I notice EWCM, I check my CM every 1/2 hour/every hour. You should notice a clear difference. If you question whether it's creamy or not, IMA, it's probably not yet but it took me 5 months of getting to know my cycle before figuring that out. For others it might be different. GL to you!!!!!!!

Re: 0+12 question

Brygger:

So I just start count when the ewcm shift to creamy ?

3 hours ago I had some o pains, but I dont feel them now.

I really think pinpointing 0+12 is HARD work

it can be.. it is why many don't rely on it.. even though I think it is the best method. i had a similar issue .. I tried to figure it out for 6 months! no luck.. and I knew what I was looking for lol.. hopefully you will have an easier time then me and get your DD!

O pains . .i have recently found out.. can happen before.. during and after ovulation.. lovely eh ? I was sure once my o-pains were gone that I had o'ed! no such luck lol

FX for you!

Re: 0+12 question

OK thanks

once you see a + opk and you are 100% sure it is a positive there is no need to keep using opk's.. you will be o'ing 12 to 36 hours later ( usually)..

and no.. once you get a - does not mean you have o'ed.. just means the surge is gone.

the + opk tells you to start checking your cm and cp like a hawk! once that changes to creamy and your cp shifts that is when you should be counting 12 hours.
