I just had my second NST done yesterday and the reading was perefect. I'm hoping it was nothing and if it was anything that it has resolved itself. Guess we'll see when she's born. Thanks again!

Re: Skipping heart beat

I could just be a heart mummer. I have one and the doctor heard the same thing when my mother was pregnant with me. I turned out okay...yes, I do have a heart condition and yes it is getting worse and it finally needs to be fixed but for now I am on medication that helps. Try not to worry too much I know that is easier said than done. But I hope this makes you feel a little better.

Skipping heart beat

Today I went in for my regular monthly prenatal visit and when the doctor heard the heart beat, there was a consistent skipping that could be heard. It went normal for a bit, then back to skipping. I'm going in for a stress test in two days, but I'm so scared that something is wrong with the baby. I'm 20 weeks now. Anyone experience this and was everything ok? This is going to be the longest two days of my life.
