Most likely, you are fine but my coworker&amp;#39;s cousin just had a baby with very well controlled&amp;nbsp;gest. diabetes&amp;nbsp;and he ended up in the NICU for 9 days trying to kickstart his little pancreas! GD can be extremely serious for you and the baby so, just to make sure, I would go ahead with the test. My dr is giving me a hard time about taking the 3hr test.  When I did the first GD test I was @ 140 and the cut off is 139.  I&amp;#39;m thinking I am actually fine.  I have never had it with any of my pregnancies but I am so nervous to get poked over and over.  

What do you guys think?
