was wondering with the cue 2 if you have disturbed sleep can it mess up both oral and vaginal readings?

Nope. This is not how the monitor works. It is one of it's main features is you don't have to worry what kind of sleep you get.

you should get your vaginal low very soon. Keep us posted.

I tried doing OPK's but I have PCOS and they don't work for me. I have never had a true positive OPK before. If you want you can PM me your numbers on a daily basis and I can help you so that you don't miss your vaginal low.

LOL! What I would do then is BD the night of your vaginal low reading, the night/day of your vaginal rise and if you feel up to it the next day as well. That is only 3 days which should be good unless your DH has low sperm count then I would just keep it to the 2 days.

Be careful with the soy and your readings. When I was on soy I would get anywhere from 1 to 3 Cue Peaks so make sure you keep taking your readings the entire first month to see what the readings will be like while you are on Soy.

thanks one point i was taking clomid now just doing soy I took that cd 5-9 this cycle. I dont want to bd to much as we have been liek bunny rabbits since trying and ntohing yet so thought maybee if I did opposite it would happen lol so im trying to find 2 good days at most. KwIM

I am not swaying either and I just BD alot around when I know I am going to O that way I know I won't miss O. For you yes I would BD around CD14 and 15.

For some reason I am thinking you had said at one point that you were/are taking clomid. Am I confusing you with someone else??

You always count the last Cue Peak and CD10 is a Cue Peak because the drop from CD10 to CD11 was a 27% drop and the reading for CD12 was lower than 154 so that makes CD10 a Cue Peak. You need at least a 12%-15% drop for it to be considered a Cue Peak and the second number needs to be lower than the first number.

You can O on different days depending on your body. Here is a good rule of thumb that Jojo gave me out of her Cue II book. This will give you some idea of when you will O based on when you have a Cue Peak. The later in your cycle that you get a Cue Peak the shorter the time frame is between a Cue Peak and O day. Hopefully this will help you!

I also think you will O between CD14-16. Some women O two days after their vaginal low reading and others O one day after. So if your Cue Peak was on CD10 then you will most likely O on CD16. This does not mean that you will for sure O but with this guide you can use so that you can start to look for the vaginal low.

When your cue peak is on day 4-5.....you will O on day 13
When your cue peak is on day 6-7....you will O on day 14
When your cue peak is on day 8-9.......you will O on day 15
When your cue peak is on day 10-11.....you will O on day 16
When your cue peak is on day 12-13 ....you will O on day 17

thanks alot why would cd 10 be cue? Sorry trying to learn still? So I could O as early as CD 15 to as late as cd17 is waht you are saying? Thanks

I would count CD10 as your Cue Peak which puts you O'ing on CD16. It could also be on CD8 which would put you O'ing on CD14 or 15. Your 180 reading is not that low considering you low of 121. I would bet that your numbers will drop again in the next day or so. Your vaginal low number that you should look for should be around 121 since that is your lowest number so far.

I would bet that you will get your vaginal low on CD14 or 15 and you will O on CD16.

I did take my temps but I didnt take it at the same time as usual. I had nada sleep and I took my temp at 7am instead of 9am. I thought about that too, but I do have to wonder. I will plug my numbers for you guys too look at 2. I believe my peak was CD8 this is my first month using.

I don't think that it should affect it because it is measuring electrolytes but then again they say to take your oral reading no more than 30 minutes after waking. The easy way to tell if this is your vaginal low is by your Cue Peak. When was your Cue Peak?
