This is the best link I have explaining how to do it: Hand Expression

Don't be discouraged if you only get drops at first. 1.) That is normal 2.) HE is a learned skill and takes a bit to get good at.

Can i take Fenugreek a few days BEFORE having the baby?

With my last DD I had an emergency c-section and my milk took 6 days to come in.I am also having a c section this time around.

Could taking fenugreek right after the c-section or In the days prior help bring my milk in faster?

Any advice would help! Thanks!
