A couple of months ago I had spotting when I was supposed to be ovulating. It freaked me out b/c I thought I had ovulated early and maybe that it could have been implantation bleeding (we weren't ready to try to sway yet so that it why it freaked me out b/c I hadn't done "my plan!") Anyway, my cycle just ended up being extra long that month and the strange thing is when my period did come back I had spotting for about 4 days before it actually started, which is not normal for me. That's all I know to say is that it never happened to me either, but I think it might have been just where I had JUST started the IG diet and maybe my body was reacting to it.

Anyone? I am still lightly bleeding and not sure if I need to call the Dr since this is not normal for me. Hoping to hear this has happened to other people and that it is normal.

could this be from the high potassium diet? Or from BSF? Those are the only different things that I know of that are going on in my body....

I am on CD12... just patiently waiting for ovulation...(my cycles are normally 26-28 days long, but not perfectly regular because I have only had my period back for a couple months due to breastfeeding). The past two days I have had creamy cm, expecting wet-ew today (hoping!) and I wake up to dark pink blood on my panty liner! To me, it seems to be more than just spotting, although it hasn't filled the panty liner. When I went to the bathroom, dark pink (looked watered down) blood was dripping. Maybe 5 or 6 drops...

Is this normal?!!!? It's not for me. In all the years I have ovulated, I have NEVER bled... at least not a noticable amount if I did. I did a search online and apparenly it can be normal, but I am 30 years old and it's never happened before. Also it seems like maybe it's a little more than what is "normal" but I guess I am not sure what "normal spotting" really is....

You don't even know how shocked I am that there is blood......
