&lt;div&gt;To jump up right after sex and run to the toilet; dumping all sperm in there.&amp;nbsp; The theory is you are dumping out the y sperm and only the x remain.&amp;nbsp; But there&amp;nbsp;is no evidence of this.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;div&gt;To have dh release and not use that sperm.&amp;nbsp; Then have dh release a second time and use that sperm.&amp;nbsp; This would lower sperm count but would be counterproductive if you had him abstain for over 7 days.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
