So becasue we take it this way it will not increase chance of twins? I really do not want twins!!! my dad is a twin. I have been lucky so far.....

Yes it does.

TT is also called natures clomid.

Flava - I thought the one you got only had 20 saponin in it. 40-45 is perfect! The dose recommended is 1000-1500 mg a day with 40-45% saponin.

This is why women has to stop taking it 5 days before AF. BUT we only take it until O is confirmed!

And only take 1 or 2 /day. DH 2-3/day.

The 1 we ordered has 750 mg and 40 or 45 saponin.

You guys have been busy! I need to stop working to keep up with you, LOL! Yes both me and DH took it with both our boys. We also took L-arginine. You want the one with the most saponin protodioscin in it. The one I showed has 45% in it, but if you aren't able to get that one, others will do with a lower dose. You can for instance take 2 pills to get the 40-45% saponin and get to the 1500 mg dose, depending on the dosage per pill. Does this make sense?
