Wow! I just read the cookbook and it's amazing! I used to be addicted to soups similar to the ttc a boy soup and spaghetti with tomato sauce. I don't think it's a coincidence that I have two boys.

Nutritional yeast is really yummy on homemade popcorn and I add it to soups also for the flavor.

You get them in health food stores. They can also be added to orange juice or v8.

Thanks for all your hard work Tamara! I'll be trying to follow this diet for the next 4 months, but it's fairly obvious to me why I have all girls. Honestly thinking about all of that meat, salt, and tomatoes makes me sick. Except for the egg white part my husband will be in heaven, I'm surprised his pH is so low since he loves all those things...it must be all the milk he drinks. LOL!
