I take as much tylenol as allowed, and even then, sometimes it takes 2 days to get rid of. It sucks so much getting migraines when pregnant, I feel your pain. I've had a lot this time around too.

Re: Migraine help please oh please

Candice I am going through the SAME THING! I finally just talked to my OB about it and told her how bad they are getting and she actually prescribed me some pain meds. They really help and they are safe in pregnancy. I'm so grateful for those things. I was having headaches everyday and after taking the pain meds for just two days, I haven't had one in almost a week!!! Talk to your doctor and see if they will give you anything.

Re: Migraine help please oh please

Re: Migraine help please oh please

Hi there, I suffered with terrible headaches while I was pregnant (only with my girls tho, never had them with boys) and if yr other half could give you a gentle shoulder/neck massage, it works wonders.. I have no idea what tyenol is (I am in the uk) but if it got too bad I would take 1 paracetamol, would take some of it off... good luck, I hope it goes soon... those 1st few weeks are wonderful, arent they!!.. x

Re: Migraine help please oh please
Re: Migraine help please oh please

I was having terrible headaches and my Dr told my Tylenol is perfectly safe to take during pregnancy.. if that doesn't help your Dr can prescribe you something to take.. hope you feel better x

Re: Migraine help please oh please

The best, natural method for helping my migraines is ice. I take a nap or go to bed with ice packs on my head, and usually wake up pain-free. I was prescribed Tylenol 3 (codiene) while pregnant but didn't want to take it - that stuff knocks me out and I had 2 other little ones to take care of, so my best advice for nonmedicinal remedies is the ice. Good luck!

Migraine help please oh please

Anyone please tell me what to do or any at home remedies for migraine while pregnant!
