ds just went pee pee in the toilet!

Not that he is interested in potty training yet. But I have a potty chair in his room so when I change his diaper I just set him on the chair. Well I just took him off the chair and he had pee peed in it!! I was so excited. We carried it over and put it in the toilet and he flushed it away. Then I gave him a sticker. Big boy!

My Wylie is saying sooooo much esp. in comparison to ds2 at this age. He is just like ds1 such a good talker. Says almost everything I say and clearly too. He is soo funny, If you say his name he goes WHAT? all moody. and he sings and knows about 12 songs. He is getting to know and do so much. I heard him say 2,3,4,5 when he was playing the other day I was like wwwhat??? He appearantly heard brothers. Just suprised I forgot how nice it is to have a good talker.DS2 was a hard one didn't start talking at all until almost two and not clearly he still "babytalks" he is 4 says w for r like right sounds like white.YKWIM? anyway just wanted to share

I was never a part of this board last year but wanted to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my GD baby Wylie who has changed my life and taught me lessons on how to be a stronger person. He also happens to be one of the most beautiful babies ever. I love him so much.

I am just looking for new ideas on what to cook for my baby....

For breakfast he eats one weetbix with pureed fruit

Morning tea - yogurt or fruit

Lunch - Toast

Afternoon Tea - fruit or rice bubbles - so he can practice his finger grip

And dinner either Creamed Corn, Cauliflower white sauce pureed or instead of Creamed corn its steamed carrot.

I bought today eggplant to make something with tomatoes and baked beans to go with Potatoes...So what do your lil ones eat??

FINALLY!! I have two seconds to post! LOL That and I found my password tee hee

Well I am pleased to introduce the newest member of our clan, Mr Adam!! Yeap I had a bundle of blue on the 8th of oct, 1 day past his due date what very clever little man! I had a great drug free labour 5 hous in total much easier than his sister and he was even bigger!!! And he is being totally spoilt as he is the only boy born in my circle of friends - they all have or are having girls so he's a bit of a novelty...haven't had to buy clothes as he has been decked out by all his aunties and friends.....woohoo!

DD is totally in love with her little brother although she can't quite understand why he can't play tea parties and barbies with her just yet?????

He's doing very well topping 5kgs already at 5 weeks of age....I have no idea what that is in pounds........but I think its like 11lbs???? So I have another big bub on my hands - DD was a chubba bubba too DH is questioning whats in my breastmilk to make his babies sooooo big LOL! He is soo much easier going than his sister - but she was and still is a bit of a drama queen! Ok I'm typing this one handed as little Mr is having his feed and has just fallen asleep on my lap AWWWWWWWWWW

Ok going to put him to bed and feed DD and then get that washing out (wow tons of washing!!!!) Good thing its almost summer here in Australia!!!!!!!

And it is a girl! I am very happy to say the least. She is healthy, beautiful and all ours! Her brothers adore her. Everything went well and I am living my pink dream! I never thought it would actually come true, but it did!

I am so excited, proud and blessed to announce that my daughter, Abigail was born on Oct.1st. She was 7lbs. 7oz and 19 in. My labor went very well and she was out in three pushes!! Much better than her two brothers! We are so happy to have her. I wish all of you the very best and thank God this website was here for me as I struggled with wanting a daughter for so long. May all of your baby wishes come true.

Just checking in with everyone.

I can't believe that I am almost 25 weeks. Time totally flies when you have two other little ones to keep you busy. I had my checkup last week....waited 45 mins for five minutes with the dr. Next appt I have my glucose test. Yuck.

I've had some LOW blood pressure this time around. Makes me dizzy, headaches and tired. Other than that things are pretty good. How about everyone else?

Much to our surprise, our little girl Emma Catherine entered the world on September 26 at 2:39am weighing 6 lbs. 8 oz and 19 inches long. We are in love and feel so blessed to have her complete our family!

Hi,

I haven't posted in this subforum yet but I am due Oct. 28 and for the last month I have not gained anything. With my first pregnancy I gained up 'til delivery.

I have gained 42lbs so far and with my first I gained 45lbs ttl so I am pretty close. Should I be concerned with my lack of weight gain at the end?

I defnitely have an appetite and probably eat worse with this pregnancy than I did with my first--fast foods, milkshakes, you name it because I had no aversions this time around. I couldn't even stand chicken with my dd1. This one has been all about meat and seafood and junk food. So I am surprised with the difference in weight gain.

Dialation Question

I saw my doc yesterday. She says I am 4.5cm (extremely stretchy) dialated and 80% effaced. She doesn't think I will make it to my next appoint next week but says IF I do she suspects I will be 5.5cm Dialated since I seem to dialate 1cm a week. At that point she might admit me out of fear I wont make it to the hospital in time lol I am hoping that was a joke on her part! They cant/wont induce me because I had a previous c-section (with my first DS). So I just have to wait until things start up on their own.

My question is, do any of you know what would happen if I do reach 5.5cm and still not in labor? Has any of you experienced this before? I am not sure what to think right now. I am suprised they cant just give me a little pitocin to start it if I dont actually start labor by next week. At the rate I am going if I wait until my due date I should be like 7.5cm dialted....weird.....

Starting to get nervous...

Hey girls,

With officially one week to go I had my membranes stripped yesterday. My midwife thought it could help to not get overdue as much (2 whole weeks) as with my other pregnancies. We shall see, hope she is right. I am getting nervous tho. I am dying to hold my little one and to find out the gender.... I really thought I made peace with the not-knowing, but here I am, almost freaking out again .

Hello, my name is Stacy, I am the mother of 2 boys(Jaden is 6 and Jonah just turned 2) with another baby boy on the way!! We are naming him Liam Jack (in honor of his great-grandfather). Liam is due October 19th but I have this weird feeling he will make his arrival on October 5th, I have no idea why. It's just a weird feeling. I am currently 3cm dialated and 70% effaced. My next OB/Gyn appointment is on Monday. I have no idea if she will check me or not then.

I hope to get to know you all and meet your new little bundles very soon!

I cant believe it...i feel like this time has gone by sssooo slow yet when i think about it we are already in Sept...

How are we all feeling?? Do you feel at all ready or do you feel like "where did time go, i still have this and this to do"??

I am kind of in the middle, i still need to take care of my car seat problem and i am still waiting on my Diaper Shower which will be happening on the 14th, so i know what else i still need to get. And i'll be packing my hospital bag after that too. I guess i am going to use all of Sept to finalise everything so that i can just use Oct to prepare myself for when the baby comes...dont really want to be rushing here and there getting last min things done....I also need to organise what to do with my Girls when i go ino labor...i could probably use Oct to organise that...

I was with you all briefly before my miscarriage in March. I've been so sad as my due date approaches.

I've never stopped checking your posts and wishing for the best for you all. I'm so happy for all of you and can't wait to hear about your new babies. I'm hoping to be joining a Due Date Buddy group soon. Anyway, just wanted you all to know that I've never stopped thinking of you and your babies.
