I have braxton hicks all day everyday too. And I've never had a c-section. I think it's normal for women who've already had a baby or more. It's the uterus working out--wombercise. Unless they come at regular intervals and really hurt there's nothing to worry about.

Re: Braxton Hicks

Well, I can't say I have had any braxton hicks but I know they say with each pregnancy you will feel them sooner. I hope they are not to bad. Just make sure you drink lots of water and rest when you can.

Re: Braxton Hicks

I do get them but only a few times a day, they are not painful at all, I just feel the tightening. Do you avoid caffeine? apparently it is a uterine stimulant. Will you have a c section again? I had one with ds4 but hope to have a normal delivery this time.

I have been having them since about 19 weeks so Dr. checked my cervix last time... luckily it was doing NOTHING praise God. I have them all day, everyday though. I sometimes wonder if it's because I had a c-section with DS and everything seems tighter?
