How long should DH take Fertility Blend before the IUI?

I've heard 3 months since sperm takes a couple months to make before it's released, so you'd want to be at least 2 months ahead of your IUI ideally.

Thanks for the reply Tamara. I am amazed at how much you know about all this! I get the food/mineral suggestions, but am unclear what the new moon, water, fish tanks, etc. means. Surround myself with all things water leading up to the IUI? How long should I take the Mag and CA before the IUI?

add cal and Mag.. this wont hurt one way or the other. Try to cut back on potassium and salt (full of positive ions and this mineral heavily sways for boy).

you want negative ions which would be new moon, water, showers, plants, fish tanks, fountains, humidifiers, lakes rivers oceans and avoid positive ions from all electrical things.

MS has a higher success rate when dh semen is thin. So have him take musincex before giving a deposit

I've read a couple or Tamara's posts about still using certain minerals for MS/IUI for a girl. I currently take a prenatal vitamin and 1000 mg of calcium per day as my regular vitamins. What else should I add, or DH take in addition to his fertility blend, to increase our odds of a girl with MS. I don't want to decrease my fertility at all, and I know some girl swaying does that. Are CA and magnesium totally safe to still do with MS, and is there anything else I should take? Also, how exactly does this ion thing work? The egg is more attracted to the X or Y sperm because of the minerals you take? How far in advance do you need to take them? Thanks, I'm pretty clueless in this area!
