ill check that link thank you...x..... i have got a vaginal ph tester... so hopefully that should be accurate :) i found the cook book i think.... im getting there slowly... hardly slept last night with things running roung my mind and AF tomo is giving me her usual headache :( xxxx

I have quite a bit of cm too, although its usually more creamy and not ewcm, so thats good for ttc girl. I think its normal, i'm usually pretty dry just before and after af.

Have you looked at the ttc girl cookbook? Theres some great food ideas in there. And also theres a post called whats for dinner tonight, TTC GIRL, or something like that. You might need to search for it abit..

You need a basal/ovulation thermometer. You check your temp at the same time everyday, your temp will spike after ovulation. Check out fertility friend.com.

And yes you can get ph strips or a digital ph tester, the digital is better but depending on how much you want to spend. Alot of girls use the hanna testers. I do too, so i dont know alot about the strips.

I had 3 boys and I wanted a girl. So I had sex 3 days before ovulation and Now I have a beautiful 3 month old baby girl:) Doesn't always work. Just mean the percentage of having a girl is more but you still could have a boy. I just got lucky!!!!

............ ah thats fabulous!! I bet your over the moon and your boys are doting big brothers! :) did you do anything else to sway or just BD with cutt off 3 days before??

lol...we have LOADS of names but cant decide! I think we're going to have a choice and then see what she suits when she turns up!

If it's any consolation the month we conceive we'd been on holiday DH had forgotten all supps and had been drinking beer and had a few steaks-so anything is possible and you a have a STUNNING little girl now so at least you know DH has got some X's in there!

If you find some really yummy girl dinners to eat then I'm sure DH will eat them anyway.

We used to eat loads of lamb meat balls made with leeks that had been finely chopped and friend with mint and oregano-on spaghetti with parmasan creamy sauce-DH loved it! Also lots of Roast chicken and white rice on the menu and he loved that also..You can always manipulate them a bit after all..teehee x

I mean I am looking for rose quartz online and to be honest I dont even know why?? i just think I read that a successful swayer had some??? and i have just bought online a lavender pillow :))) yet again I have no idea why but all I am reading is TTC girl and read it there somewhere so its gotta be a good thing!!!!... I am happy to have another boy.. the age gap with my youngest will be soooo small (I normally do 5yrs between and hes only 9 months!) so a lil boy will be great for him but a little girl would be picture perfect of boy girl boy girl :-) like I mentioned before my DH is not into swaying,,,, hes doesnt really want no.4 so he wont do the diet or take sups.. so its all down to me :((( altho I have stocked the fridge with cranberry juice and not told him why :-))) he will just drink it then!!! so.... now you have a beautiful girl on the way.. do you have a name for her?? :).. hugs and thanks xxxx

ha ha! Remember My sway was far from perfect-I think I got very lucky.

Then I got a blob of Replens (vaginal lubricant -can get in chemist like boots-has got a low ph) and inserted that. More out of habit as like I said wasn't expecting to Ovulate for another 8 days. When I did a day and a half later (using fertility monitor) I was shocked-and heart-broken. I thought I'd totally ruined my sway by the way we had Bd'd...I think the rigerous diet, douching with replens and slight cut off payed off!

Like I said I really think diet is THE most important.

Also some ladies have had sways that are textbook have got an opposite gender. It's very cruel and alot is down to chance.

It's just about swaying the odds the very best you can. I was really cross at myself when we conceived naturally cos I knew how hard I'd find it to accept another boy (dont get me wrong I love little boys it's just this had turned into a mental obsession that was totally out of control), and really thought I should have waited how ever long it took to save to go HT..I know it worked out for me but it is really dicing with your emotions. I think I put too much hope in swaying and set myself up for disaster.

My advice would be only sway if you are totally happy with another little boy and a girl would just be a bonus.

If my pregnancy goes okay, and if I were to sway again I would actually sway boy (love a little mumma's boy for big sis to boss about) but I wouldn't mind if it was another girl so am totally happy about swaying next time.

Sorry to go on and hope this made sense but this last year has been insane to say the least and I wouldn't want anyone to feel like I did!

yup, I am soooo surprized I got preggo this way. I left it about 30 seconds before I did mind, and we er..had really deep penetration...

Also used some replens after to lower Ph out of habit

What exactly is jump and dump? Did you take supps and diet?

.......its Doing the deed then flushing them away straight after or DTD on his own so to lower sperm count for you to BD straight after??? am i right??
