My SIL is a trouper and breastfed her first baby for a year and plans on doing the same with the twins. She is my hero! I have a 7 month old who I want to wean! The whole pumping thing was the only thing that worked for her with twins so that other people could feed the babies. She pumps evry two to three hours and gives one bottle to my BIL and one to a grandma and she takes a shower or eats or does one of the million things she has no time for! She DID rent a hospital grade pump. It was the only thing that could handle her massive pumping. She is pumping up to 80 oz. some days!!!! I have the Medela Pump in Style (the best store bought one) and it couldn't handle the amount of milk the twins need. I recommend renting a good pump if you are going to try to do the whole breastfeeding deal with multiples!

Good Luck to all :) Hopefully I will join you someday. I would love some MS twin girls!

Re: Breastfeeding Multiples?
