Wow---CONGRATULATIONS!!! I thought about you yesterday with the whole being induced, but baby had other plans didn't she? Sounds like she's a good healthy size. Can't wait to hear more details and see pics! I cannot believe how fast it went! Makes me nervous about my own labor coming up! I keep praying for "fast", but not scary fast like that!

awwwww, super huge congrats to you!  What a wild ride it sounds like you had.... she came on her due date or scheduled due date!

Even though you don't wish it on anyone else...you must be so proud of yourself!!!!  I'm glad she bfing good and your recovering okay!  Quicker recovery for you this time istead of  a c/s.

Can't wait to see her pictures...if she's anything like mama, she'll be BEAUTIFUL!!!!

Yes, it was quick, but I would NEVER wish a drug free delivery on my worst enemy!!!!!!

FIRST contraction (which came STRONG) was at around 11:45 pm.... they started coming in minutes of each other... I got up to tell my parents (who THANKFULLY just got in town to watch DS) at around 12:15, woke up my husband soon after (he had taken a Benadryl not long before and was at work since 4 that morning so I was trying to avoid waking him up b/c I knew he was soooo tired), he jumped up and started packing the last of the bags and assessing the situation... at around 12:25 he realized we probably needed an ambulance (I was having to lie down on my side with my legs clamped together- body FULLY shaking b/c the pain was so excruciating and if I were to lie on my back I would have pushed her out-- seriously!!!), ambulance came and checked me and said I had to go immediately to nearest hospital... got there around 12:50ish, and she came at 1:11 am.. so to answer your question, a little over an hour from the FIRST contraction, to pushing her out..... it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO weird how fast it happened... went from NOTHING to ready to push... what the heck is that about?????

I also had an unexpected drug-free delivery, and I agree its no fun if you haven't prepared for it! Glad your baby girl is here!
