12w boy or girl?

I told my friend Rachel about this site and she wanted me to post her ultrasound picture and see if you gals had any guesses. She's about 15 weeks now but this picture was from around 12 weeks. 
What do ya'll think (its a little fuzzy, sorry!)? I'm no expert but I"m thinking
