FYI I didn't answer this poll myself, I'm really not sure which way I'd go.  Sometimes I imagine finding some man who had a bunch of girls by a bunch of different women and getting a "sample" from him, but of course that guy would probably be a sleazo and gross, and I don't know that I would want to raise the child of a man other than DH, even though I kinda hate him at the moment!

We know a guy that has a bunch of daughters and i used to joke and say damnit i need him

but then i would laugh and say with my luck id give him his 1st son. But back to your poll no i wouldnt do it

 

No way, no how!!  Not only for the sake of my DH and my inlaws who I adore, but also because I would want her to be full sib to my sons!!  Just seeing how my sons are alike and different as they grow makes me really want to see what a daughter with my DH would look like and be like!

  For me, it's not about just having a DD. For me, it's about SHARING a DD with my husband. A beautiful baby girl who is 50% of me and 50% of the man I love. No other baby girl will do for me.

 Never.  I love that our babies are our babies.  We are fortunate enough to be able to conceive perfect babies together.  I wouldn't have it any other way.
