The top 5-20% (somewhere in there) of the egg white will be shooting star sperm- these in theory are the super X swimmers. The next layer of EW is the fast strait swimmers. Then that layer that touches EW to semen will be mixed (straight and slow). The semen layer will have slow and circle sperm.
I checked the top layer and had a good concentration of y sperm. I sucked the EW out along with some of the bottom layer, to be safe and dicarded it. The bottom layer had noticably different x sperm slow swimmers.
Did you do TBM? If so how much lime did you use?
Yes, I used about 25 drops
How did you insert the splime? (Diva cup, syringe??)
Medicine syringe as far as it would go into vj
Don't forget the add how your sway went (diet, ions, timing etc.)
I didn't do all 7 factors, mostly just SU/TBM (not recommended)
Any other details that you can think of please include
Kept hips propped for 4 hours then slept with lime tampon in, so I didn't stand up until over 8 hours TBM. BFP first try, maybe that's why. Oh and IT'S A GIRL!!!!

I used a bought incubator..the yellow one on Tamara's recomended equimpment

Dh gave many samples (I had many attempts) all ranging from 1-5 ml.
How much EW did you use?
I did not measure ew I just filled the nipple as high as it could go.
What was the pH of the EW?
Ew was alwyas above 9. Between 9-9.3.

I did place the test tube at what I believe was a 45 degree angle.

I left all samples to incubate for 1 hour.

I did not check my sort. My slides were ruined from boiling them.

I did do TBM. I don't know how much lime I used ..enough to drop ph to around 5, sometimes 4.5.

I used a Diva cup and kept splime in for 6-12 hours.
