Hey girls

Have u made any dietary changes yet?eliminated some foods or drinks from your diet ?started eating more healthy?

 I haven been gulping down 1.5l of water,it is said that it reduces pregnancy puffiness big time.stopped coke FOREVER hopefully,and all energy drinks.

reduced my coffee consumption to 2 cups daily.I dont drink alcohol at all,so it isnt a problem for me.

I used to love having an occasional cigarette,but I stopped that ofcourse.

and have been watching my calorie intake a bit,trying to eat more salads,not eating soft cheeses,

im a vegetarian,so I started monitoring my protein intake because it can be low at times.

Im doing my best to reduce my chocolate consumption,im a major chocoholicHappy Wink

how about u ladies?

Well, I do love coke, and Dr pepper but gave that up for lent- so that helps! I am not eliminating stuff as much as I am trying to add stuff. I drink a cup of milk at supper (don't really like it), I make sure I eat breakfast (don't really feel like it) and I need to drink more water (don't like it except with lemon  and ice -got used to that from the boy diet!

I didn't have much to give up.

I had already stopped any caffeine drinks while swaying.

I am trying to add more salads and fruits! I had missed all the fruits while swaying!! so it has been a treat!

swaying helped to get me into better habbits ... I just get to add the forbidden foods now lol

Water. All I want to drink is water.. which is very wierd for me, usually it's milk or juice. But I've been drinking 80 oz of water a day... maybe that's why my HPT is so light!! LOL

As far as food, all I want is protein, LOL. But that is expected. With my last two, I lived on bacon and eggs, I don't know how my cholesterol is so low... and blood pressure. You would think I'm type O blood... but I'm not, LOL.

Still drink 2 cups of coffee... or I won't be able to function. Sad, I know.. I live in Seattle, what can I say. Happy  LOL
