Have u made any dietary changes yet?eliminated some foods or drinks from your diet ?started eating more healthy?
I haven been gulping down 1.5l of water,it is said that it reduces pregnancy puffiness big time.stopped coke FOREVER hopefully,and all energy drinks.
reduced my coffee consumption to 2 cups daily.I dont drink alcohol at all,so it isnt a problem for me.
I used to love having an occasional cigarette,but I stopped that ofcourse.
and have been watching my calorie intake a bit,trying to eat more salads,not eating soft cheeses,
im a vegetarian,so I started monitoring my protein intake because it can be low at times.
Im doing my best to reduce my chocolate consumption,im a major chocoholic
