Ohh Mamerpp...I told you, I just knew it! I'm sitting here with tears in my eyes and just so so happy for you. Even your birth sounds so similar to mine with my dd. Hope she brings you a lifetime of happiness. Keep in touch...I'd love to see pics and I'll keep you informed of my progress. We had our attempt so now in the agonising 2WW and am 4dpo.

TLM hope pregnancy is going well for you. Will you be getting a 12 week scan  - hopefully there'll be a very pink looking nub!

Thanks to you all. I really really thought Id never have a girl and appreciate that I am so fortunate to have my little lady as DC number 2. I wish I could spread pink dust to you all and really hope you each get to share the joy in your own families.

Awwww Holly is a true little gem, how gorgeous is she!!!

Ive had many doctors appointments and the ovrian scan, ive got mild polycistic overies, had a few blood tests and am also amnemic so have started iron tablets and am now waiting a 4th blood test to check they are working. Ive also started a new job and have been working long hours. It's taking a while but im hoping to get on board again soon!! Having said that, after my 100+ cycle last month i Have ovulated on day 15 this month which is odd for me, im wondering of its anything to do with the iron supps, seems a coincidence, will ask my doc when i next see him!

Oh Holly is just so cute and I love the name, I will be having my scan this friday when i will be around 12wk 4 days so hopefully will get a good nub shot, am gonna ask the u/s technician to humor me and tell her i have been researching it, hopefully she will oblige!

Petal - wow what a long cycle have you attempted this mth might we be seein a BFP soon?

No 5 so the 2ww hope it flies by and you get your BFP this mth x

No5 How is the 2ww going??? Any symptoms?? What dpo are you now? Thinking of you and hope you get your bfp really soon too!

In case you're interested for your own pregnancys I had the following different symptoms with DD.

Extremely thirsty throughout pregnancy starting from before BFP.  

Very bad heartburn from 6 weeks to end of pregnancy, needed prescribed medication for it (had it in last 10 weeks only with DS and not to the extent that I needed prescribed meds.)

Extreme nausea from 6-12 weeks. (none with DS)

Carried high and all to the front (DS carried lower and more spread out, however did put on a lot more weight with DS so that might have caused the difference)

I had an extremely sweet tooth - just loved sweet drinks etc which is SO unlike me as normally I dont like sweet things at all. With DS I went even more off sweet things, couldnt even eat jam. Really noticed the difference this time. 

Also:

Work colleagues, family, EVERYBODY said I was having a girl, based on how I was carrying, symptoms etc. With DS they all thought boy, of course now they are very smug but really they were just guessing! 

EVERY gender predictor, chinease calender predicted GIRL. Dont think I believe in them but it is interesting they all said girl.

Hi Mamerpp...this 2WW is hell and seems to be dragging! I am now 9dpo and somedays I swear I must be pg and then the next I think I'm definitely not. I have more evening nausea and sore boobs but I start to think i'm imagining that! I tested at 8dpo and got a BFN which i expected. I have never been one to have really arly BFP's with any of them. I will test tom and then a few days after that and am just really keeping my fX. My temps look good but mine never really fall till AF is due.

Thanks for the info re the pregnancy symptoms...when did you get your BFP?

How is Holly doing? Has it sunk in yet?

these two weeks are hell for me too. im 5-6 days dpo and i cant take it, i dont think im prego, dont feel any symptoms and those target pregnancy tests are giving me false positives. its frustrating!! i know its too early to test, but i just cant stand the waiting!

11dpo now! Hope the waiting isnt killing you. Nausea and sore boobs sound good! But know exactly how the mind can play tricks at this stage. Its such a hard time. Fingers crossed for you! I got very very faint BFP at 12dpo and +BFP at 13dpo. And had had neg test from 9dpo.

Thinking of you and really hope this is your month!! 

 Holly is great -a really settled baby which is so good. DS very good with her so far! Definitely hasnt sunk in yet! Im amazed I can actually go and shop in the pink section! Can only imagine what it must be like after a few boys! I feel very happy and lucky! 

And BIG CONGRATULATIONS to Clairelouise - looks like another DD for the lime tampon buddies!!! YAAY! Fingers crossed for many more!!
