 Sounds like a great sway you've planned! Its great you're starting practising pinpointing O now  - you'll defintely be an expert on your own cycle soon. And it sounds like you O consistently regularly which is such a huge help! Great Ph numbers too!! For the diet I found Aldi stock a cranberry drink with lots of Aspartame in it and Sainsburys own brand cereal is much lower in salt than others and they do a cranberry cereal! (Though I'm already thinking I might give up cereal altogether if I'm swaying again - and I have a bread machine now which would be a big help in lowering salt intake) And drink lots of Evian water too. It was discovered here a while back that its minerals are spot on for pink sway!

Thanks for your support...actually my ovacue is confusing and i'm becoming quite obsessive temping, opk'ing and generally talking, living and breathing IG. My dh thinks i'm crackers but is at least evry supportive.

Did you know Evian has been taken off the FAQ's, apparently we can't drink it anymore. Not sure what still water we can drink now, but we can still have perrier which I have found actually quite nice with the cranberry. Will definitely look for the aldi cranberry, thanks for the advice.

Gosh very sorry about the wrong advice for the Evian! I should have checked if things had changed in the last few months! Hope it didnt do my sway much harm though I didnt drink too much of it! 

Know exactly what its like to get obsessed about all things In-gender! My DH would definitely agree with yours! I'm always aware though that too much stress can affect the regularity of a menstrual cyce though so make sure you take plenty of time to relax and switch off as well!

You're very sweet to be thinking of me! Yes nearly there at last! Though went 10 days over with DS so could well be a while yet!

For the last week I've actually finally relaxed a bit about the gender. Im trying to just focus on the fact that our beautiful new baby will be here soon. I just love newborns so Im really excited to have my own small one again! Though DS was 10lb 4oz so I dont think baby will be that small! Because of his size my consultant is going to do a sweep next tuesday on my due date and will take it from there then as he feels baby will be similar size! Would love the sweep to work! 

Surprisingly I cant help but think Im having a girl. Its so dangerous to get my hopes up and I''ve no reason to think it. Before I got pregnant I always just assumed I'd never have a girl so Im amazed Im thinking it now. Im trying hard not to set my self up to be upset if its a boy cause of course I will love a boy and it will be lovely for DS. I m still glad we went with the surprise again but I do hope I'll be ok at the moment I find out if its a boy.

Well I'll find out soon! And will of course let you know!!  Thanks again

 Bows&ribbons - its been a while now since I was up to date on all this and doing it myself but yes I'm almost certain thats what you can do or just use a tampon without an applicator.

Mamerpp, I was exactly the same after I had my 1st DS, was so sure my dh could never give me a girl and I couldn't find out the gender without paying for it, so i didn't. I just really felt I was carrying a girl and I really feel you are too...don't know why, I just do. Good luck with the sweep and hope you have a nice easy labour. can't wait to see pics of the little one.

I have my first attempt in 5 days!!! Very nervous, almost don't want to try. It's weird but while i'm just contemplating swaying there's things I can change. Once I'm pg i just have to wait...agonising!! On the other hand I decided to start in Nov instead of Dec so i'm impatient too....A very weird feeling.

Anyway, will be thinking about you xx

 How nice you had a little girl after you first DS. You should be reassured that it happened once so fingers crossed you'll be getting out the pink again! 

How exciting to be ready to try. It is nerve wrecking alright there's so much to think about, plan and then do at this stage then suddenely it'll all just be decided and that will be it! You've done loads of research and I'm sure you'll do a great sway! Good luck  Let me know how its going! Exciting times for both of us next week!

Mamerpp been thinking about you today are you still around or do you have your precious little new born cant wait to hear your news when baby arrives will keep the thread near the front pages if i can ready for your update!!

Baby Holly Rose born 12th November! Am utterly thrilled with her and still AMAZED that we had a girl!

All 9lbs 15oz of her arrived after a VERY quick labour and delivery, only JUST made it to the hospital! Less than 10 mins in the door, trousers pulled off me and 2 mins later baby girl arrived! Very shocking and quite traumatic especially the car journey and delivering my big girl with no pain relief! 

But she's SO worth it. When she was delivered I immediately just saw that she was a she! I didnt really look I just suddenly got an eyeful of her girly bits and said straight away its a girl, we have a girl!!! Then went into shock from the delivery and that she was a girl! 

Lots of excitement from family and house is already swamped with pink! DS is brilliant and so cute with her.

As you know in the end I did only a very minimal sway  - all the supplements and a fairly good diet but BD through O with raised hips and lots of  EWCM and full moon. DH was running 30+ miles/week at the time which is supposed to sway girl according to one study I read. My ph was 4.5 - 5.
