I have to admit i was one of the suckers that bought it too! I used it and if i'd have never found this site i'd swear blind it worked! Which i suppose it did really BUT you don't need to waste money on it all it is is all the info you can find on here plus the supps, opk's, thermometer douche etc. It worked for me but i could have done the same myself without it, i didn't end up using the douche anyway i made my own (instructions from here ofcourse!) as it didn't get my PH to where i wanted it!
Just read this site and that's all you'll need to get started, the theory works in my eyes (obviously that's just my opinion and it certainly won't work for everyone). Genselect is just cashing in on the shettles theory.
