Do you secretly wish you were a Step-ford Wife?

Ok...lets not think I mean we have to look pretty & be treated the same as the women in the movies lol. I must say that my home is NOT like the home of a step-ford wife.......but....I wish it was! Is it even possible? I wish I could have my home looking spotless all the time & people could come & pop in & it would look clean all the time. I mean really clean....like no dust, all the windows have no little hand prints on them...lol..the beds would look neat, I would always have some freshly baked cookies lol.Is there anyone that achieves this look...& how! I know many would think omg...who cares there is more to life..but I secretly wish I could have a step-ford looking home!

I wish my house looked like a Stepford house.....but that I wasn't the one to take care of it!!!  I have seen some Wife Swaps where a mom is like that, cleans ALL day, then does it again the next day (really, did anything get dirty while she was sleeping?), but maybe they just exaggeragte and they really aren't like that.  I can't really imagine that being your whole life.  I got better things to do! 

Lol...yes someone else could do it..that would be great! I think if you did make your home look like that you would have to spend every second of the day cleaning...especially with kids.....but wouldnt it be nice to get up & have the house looking like a picture in 10mins lol & always having  treats on hand for visitors...oh I know who does have a step ford house....Bree off Desperate Housewives lol.

Oh my yes!!!  I would love to have a house that was spotless and had the lovely designer look to it...  The kind you invite people in without shoving something in a cupboard first to hide the mess and where there is always the fresh smell of flowers and bread or cake baking!

I told my DH if he bought me one of the 7 bedroom houses down the road I'd keep the house like that (well, the good intention MIGHT last a week!)...

Isn't it always the way that when you do have your home looking tidy..no one drops in but guaranteed when you have a mess someone always knocks!

Oh and I had a neighbour who was a stepford wife (well didn't look like one but anyway). They had four kids and their house & garden was always spotless & immaculate. If a kid so much as looked at a wall funny they would repaint, do touch ups, repair etc etc. Her eldest DS came over one day to my house and said 'gee your house is messy' LOL Half of me was embarrassed the other half couldn't of cared less (apparently life goes on with a messy house!). Sheesh though, those kids will have high standards of their wives when they grow older LOL

CB....those poor kids....but they obviously didnt learn to have manners lol! We have a friend who also has 4 kids & her home is spotless but when you go to visit..that is ALL she ever talks about. Needless to say we dont visit that often. I know she gets her kids to wipe down the skirting boards every morning....I cant remember when mine were last done lol. xo

Absolutly, i don't just wish for being a stepford wife like the rest would say. I want to totaly be likee a stepford wife. A femenine robot that was programed for giving birth, surving a man, and housework. For some reason that sounds super appealing to me even thought i am a man.

 Sure a always spotless house would be nice! But i just wish to be freaking rich so I can higher someone to do it .That would be enough for me.
