Help...having sharp shooting pains and i dont know what they are.....

I am due anyday now and latley i have been getting extreme sharp shooting pains 'inside', they feel like they are near my cervix and sometimes my tummy does tighten too....I have no idea what they are.....i never had these pains with my girls so this is all new to me....

Does anyone know what these are?? when they happen i cant walk or do anything...sometimes they have me in tears...

They usually feel like someone is stabbing me....

I always have gotten them, I lovingly call them pee pee zingers! I believe it is from nerve endings being triggered on the cervix, but it so does feel like a little finger is wiggling out of there! Hang in there it will be all over with soon!

This is what i tell DH...that i'm scared that i'm going to see his hand pop out or something because thats what it feels like...and i also wait to see if my water will break too....

Its strange that i NEVER felt this with my girls but i do now...So you think it could be because he is hitting a nerve??

i always felt those too, with #2 especially. i assumed it was an appendage bumping the top inside of my cervix or something.

I had them too! Not fun :(

 

I have them too. This is my third and they feel much worse this time.  I still have 7 weeks to go so not as close to delivery as you but my baby is really low this time and wasn't with the others.  Maybe your baby is just down lower right now preparing to come out and hitting a lot of nerves.

I totally got the shooting cervix pains, ouch! not looking forward to them this time around as I am sure they will come around the last month
