Who swayed, just to get the opposite!!!

Same here...i swayed so hard for a boy...n did the bsf so many times i was sure it would have killed all the girl sperms...but i guessthts a strong one in there...my dh is not at all disappointed and is asking me to come out of it...but he was also saying tht we'll go high tech next yr or so and he was telling my dd tht u have to be a good athlete , hunter , shooter , driver , and all the guy things he had imagined in his mind to be doing with his son...i'm just so sad for him. n my dd is soooooooo girly...she's only interested in makeup n jewellery n clothes n she's just 3.:) i hope the other is not so much into girl stuff:)

I do not beleive in swaying, well maybe it can work, but there are too many variables that have to be controlled and if you are off just slightly, BOOM, you have an opposite, so if and when we go for a 4th, it will be 100% PGD, no MS etc.

 I'm making myself a guinea pig here..will be doing Extreme Gender Swaying next spring.  Will keep everyone posted.  I've finally come to the point in the journey that I'll give it the best try I can and if another boy pops out, that's OK.  But if it works, well woohoo.  If I have an 8th boy, oh well..it's more of the same and the same is pretty darn terrific around here!

BD after ovulation does sway for a girl, it's called O+12...because your CM has changed to more girl-friendly at this point. BD just before ovulation sways for a boy. I totally agree though that swaying does not work for everyone, but it can work for some.

I  did sway for a girl and ended in m/c. My friend swaying for a girl too, and has a baby girl.

I try again for 7 months.  Don't work for me,  but work for two friends, after two girls they have a boys.

I'm very happy for my friends, and I love my boys and this baby (this is my last pg) but some times think ..Why i don't have a Baby girl?

I swayed for a girl also - got my sweet baby Evan instead.... Dh and I are going high tech for a girl next time... I'd be ok with another boy - honestly because I figure the worst that'll happen is that Evan will get a little brother - so we're trying to decide between MS/IVF/PGD or MS/IUI - I don't want to sway again because at least with the sort, IUI gives us better odds IMO....

Me. I thought I'd done a pretty good sway so I was totally gutted at the U/S & I'm still hoping for a U/S 'mistake' despite 2 clear scans

I put all my faith in swaying [& praying, which doesn't work either] I didn't grasp that it's still only 50-50? There are things I couldve done better, like actually bother to check PH but then I read an old thread asking 'Does Swaying work?' & there were people with better attempts than me who'd failed & people with worse attempts who'd succeeded.

It drove me mad wondering what I'd done wrong, if anything, & the unfairness of it all. It's so hard to deal with. Looking back now, I should've just stayed on the pill & saved up for HighTech, now I realise swaying is not the magic answer I assumed it is.
