ALL Chinese predictors say Boy...

Hi, I just found out I am expecting baby #3 and am hoping for a baby girl. I have a 3 y/o DS and a 19 m/o DD. I discovered this board when I was expecting my daughter (before I knew she was a girl!) in '06. I thought this was the neatest board and so fascinating.

 Anyway, my question is, has anyone had all of those Chinese gender predictors/birth charts say boy (or girl) and ended up having the opposite?? I know there are several different versions that can give you different predictions but they ALL say boy for a 28 year old conceiving in August...so now I am thinking it's definitely gonna be a boy but was wondering if anyone could offer me some hope!

 I feel bad about that I've been obsessing over these Chinese predictors and know I am taking it too seriously.  I know that whatever this baby is is God's choice and I want to be accepting and happy if it's a boy but deep down I am really hoping for another baby girl.

Can you post all the ones you tried, so I can do them and try to disprove them for you?

I would be happy to disprove them for you too. They are correct 50% of the time. 

I have tried many chinese gender calendars and have them all wrong with some of my kids...I don't believe they are too accurate!!!!

Ok, here are a few that I tried. I think these are all slightly different, but they all say I am having a boy (I'm 28 and conceived in August). For the webwomb one (the 2nd link) you are supposed to use the age the mom WILL BE when she gives birth vs. how old the mom is at the time of conception.

 All 3 of those charts say that my baby is a girl. I've had 3 scans that said boy, so there you go! 

I think the first and last charts are the same?! (although my eyes may have gotten fuzzy).

The first chart says that my DS was a girl! (age 22 when conceived in Oct) and on the webwomb one it is correct for my DS (i was 23 when he was born) for this pregnancy, webwomb says its a girl.

So, webwomb right for my DS but the others wrong.  I really wouldn't put anything in it though. Its been wrong soooo many times for soooo many people and it's bound to be right approx 50% of the time anyhow! GL

It sounds like we are in a similar boat (but different colored sails:)  I think you're right!

I did so much preparation even before conception to try to conceive a boy, but just had an ultrasound this week which revealed 80-90% girl. All of the chinese calendars, (lunar, etc.) and prediction websites said boy, as well as an at-home "pee" test that  I ordered online.  I wouldn't trust those calendars as far as I can throw them, which in my current 22 week condition, wouldn't be very far.  They are fun to look up, but you have to take them with a grain of salt.

I was just wondering if you have found out the gender of your baby. I just found out I am pregnant and all chinese calendars say girl for me (which I am really hoping it is!!!) so I am interested to see the outcome.

ok see i wish it was accurate!!!! i posed this last week, for me it says my age and concieve in jan say BOY!! AND just about al of them which has not happened with me and the girls i have, first time most say boy.......

i think you did it wrong you know the chinese new year is in feb. so you have to have your chinese lunar age wich mean you add 1 year to your actual age then the chinese lunar month it is -1 month which mean if it is august you conceive you have to look at the month before agust and it is july. try it and see that the way the chinese calendar should be read.

My question is, why do the calanders give different answers sometimes?

I don't really think they're real. Some said I should have at least some girls. Only one got them all right, which leads me to believe the next would be wrong, but only because of the odds of them all being right.IDK.
