Morning sickness and gender...

So did you have morning sickness with your previous pregnancies?  If so, what gender resulted?  With my DS, I had no m/s.  So far with this pregnancy, I've had on and off queasiness throughout the day since 8 dpo!!!!  I'm HOPING that's a good sign that this is a girl (I know, kinda ridiculous-- but I'm trying to grasp at anything here folks!!!).

I hope it means something for you!  It was true in my case; I wasn't sick with my boys but was this time, though it was its worst from about weeks 8-15.  Pink dust for you!

I know a lot of ppl will say they had it with boys and girls and it's no indicator of the gender.  But, 3 boys and I had NO m/s AT ALL!!!  This time, I was down for more than 2 months!!!  Terrible, couldn't get out of bed except to do what was absolutely necessary.  Hope it's a girl for you!!!  That was the best part of my m/s--that it turned out to be a girl!

I was queasy from 8 dpo to about 6 weeks then the fun really kicked of with the barfing from 4 am till 1pm every day from 6 weeks to 18 weeks.

This time round, it only headaches and no sickness but I'm still not so sure this means I will have my blue baby.

Nausea and aversions with my first DD.  Nothing with DD2 and 3.  Horrendous nausea but not sick this time.

Didn't fall true for me.

there is actually a study that says women with severe morning sickness do have increase odds for a baby girl

However it did not hold true for me. I felt fantastic when i was pregnant with my dd. 

Unfortunately for me this wasn't the case.  With my first 2 boys I felt great.  Sick with my dd for sure.  I would have bet my left arm this current baby was a girl because the m/s has been sooooo bad (still going strong at 16 weeks!) and I am for sure having a boy!  All the OWT were pointing to girl for me.  Guess that is why they are OWT....LOL

The morning sickness theory didn't work for me, i had moderate sickness with ds1, lots of awful sickness with ds2 (i thought he was a girl because i had so much of it!) and finally again moderate sickness with dd.

With the three boys barely any sickness- just gagging and heaving inthe morning on an empty stomach and with too much motion but nothing you would even consider 'sickness'.

With this one (a girl) NO SICKNESS at ALL but i felt a little green inthe evenings.

DD#1 very sick with nausea and vomiting DD#2 very very VERY sick constant nausea and vomiting the whole 9 months DD#3 only nausea and vomiting for 3 weeks (i thought this was great and classed it as "not" sick compared to my other 2 pregnancys) this pregnancy have'nt vomited once!!!! im so very proud! this is how pregnancy should be!!

 with all 4 of my girs i had no sickness and with my boy this time i was sick for the first 14 weeks

I was the same as Kristins, sick with my DS until 14 weeks, this time I was a little nauseus for 3 weeks'ish, and it is a confirmed !!
