Well hubby and I weren't planning another pregnancy right now and since I had fertility treatments with my last 2 after 2+ years of trying we thought we couldn't get pregnant. We used condoms all the time except 2 days. My last period was July 18th and the 2 days were July 27th and July 29th. Now my due date is April 25th this means the sperm would have had to live almost 5 days. I didn't think this was possible. Well does this favor any gender or is it still 50/50??? 

sperm can live up to 10+ days in ewcm..

5 days is 50/50 slightly leaning toward boy depending on your pH and cm

Congrats! Yes, from what I read it is totally posible--they can live up to 7 days I think with the right environment. According to Shettles cutoff theory a cut off like that may favor a girl although I have read that cutoffs longer than 4 days may indicate a boy. Congrats and GL!!!

For me that cutoff would defienently favor the girls!!!  I have read that sperm can live for 6 days in the perfect environment, so good luck to you!!!
