i was on the phone to Chase and they told me they are having this deal right now.  i don't need it, but thought someone might like to know!  last time when i was trying to adopt Irina, the rate was 4.99% and i thought that was good!  sounds too good to be true.  hope there aren't any "catches" but it might be worth looking into for some trying to figure out how to finance adoption!  my CC with them is approved up to 15K but i think it all depends on how much each individual can qualify for!

Just thought I'd comment on this. When DH and I were buying our home, it was in BAD condition, but BEAUTIFUL with TONS of potential. The previous owners were foreclosed on and decided to take everything with them (cabinets, countertops etc). So DH and I took out a credit card with Chase for 2.99%. We needed the card to purchase everything to fix up our house. There was no catches or gimmicks with the card, you just have to always pay on time or forfeit your good rate. I am hoping we can get it paid off by the time we want to adopt, and just use it again!!! 

 Oh, and our limit is 25K... hopefully that would cover the vast majority of any adoption we might do.
