Hi there.  I just found out that I was pregnant on the 14th from a blood test done by my nuerologist.  I really don't know how far along I am because I had just stopped birth control due to the docs orders because of my migraines.  I took my last pill in May, had a cycle in June and July, and now nothing in August.  I've tried some of those fertility charts, some say I got pregnant the end of July and some say I got pregnant in the first week of August.  I don't have a clue, but I'm going for my first appointment Sept 3rd.  Thanks for reading this and I'm excited to be here considering I don't have anyone to talk to about my pregnancy

Hi and welcome! Is this your first? well, at your appointment they will more than likely give you and ultrasound to measure the baby and they will be able to tell you the gestation by the measurements.

Oh goodness thanks for your response.  My hormones are deffinetly buggin because I'm all teary eyed.  No this isn't my first, I have a 10yr old born on New Years and I have a 2yr old born Dec 12.  In a way I am relived that this baby will be born in Spring, away from the holidays.  Yes I'm in San Diego, I like it hear too
