I'm sure you all saw my new post about the most dangerous supplements in the faq forum. Well I just added one more because this just happened to someone. When you take your pills; TAKE ONE AT A TIME!! Someone's dh took them all at once and one got stuck near his esophagus and he didn't know it. It developed into an esophagus ulcer and he is in the hospital at this time. So please.. only ONE AT A TIME. Thanks!

WOW! I take all of mine at one time- that's usually 10-12 pills at once. I will definately cut down to one at a time!

yes, she just let me know her dh has been released from the hospital. And wanted to warn you all if you think you have a pill stuck to make sure it isnt.

wow. my dh takes them all at once, and he complains that the mucinex pill is too big. lmao

I take mine one at a time, but DH takes his all at once! I couldn' even do that if I tried! Thanks for the warning.
