soooo....i know you should not TTC a girl while you have EWCM....but it SHOULD shift and not be EW anymore 12 hours after O, right? so is it OK that youve had it before or you should have it at all??? i have had some for about 5 days now....O should be today, maybe tomarrow...as long as it shifts am i ok to go for the 0+12? 

yes as long as it shifts and your pH is low you should be good

Just to be clear, you should NOT TTC a girl while you have EWCM.  That's why you're supposed to wait until it shifts.
