I agree with you completely. Wow I love the enthusiasm and the persitence that you have against this company. I say go for it because it will pay off...MINE DID. Regardless of Sherry telling me that is impossible, not it is not. If they don't want sued by each individual they will do it, but you have to fight for it. God knows I did. Anyways I also mentiond "You will be hearing from my lawyers". My mom was like "I hope you didn't cuss at them or make any threats because they record all phone messages." I was like "Oh no I didn't threaten them with anything that I can get in trouble for." My only threat was "I want my money NOW or you will be hearing from MY LAWYER!" Also as soon as they heard who my lawyer was they didn't hesistate? Is my lawyer that popular or have they seen his work? Lol I am with the Dale Anstine Practice...dale died but his family took over and are still really good....maybe they heard of him who knows. Anyways I am currently in contact with two reports. One from the Boston Globe and the other one is local where I live. They want to interview me, take my story down and I guess put it on tv, which will be cool because then these women are GONNA know LOCALLY and NATIONALLY about this pos(piece of sh*t) product! So far from what I seen, I feel this company is nothing but a huge scam and they keep changing thier "lab"techniques. How can it be approved and changed so many times? I don't buy it, I think they are bogus right from the beginning. So go after what you deserve and maybe you can join me on the other side of where I am at with SUCCESS on getting back at this company :-P It's paying off and making me feel much better, but I am still pissed at the fact of how rude this company really is! Hang in there girlfriend. They are getting what's coming to them.

Okay so I had my ultrasound Thursday. Dr. said it is early but he thinks he can tell me. Well my little munckin did backflips and jumprope with the umbilical cord for 10 MINUTES! At one point the Dr said darn it now I  REALLY want to know what this kid is. Well he got three QUICK glimpses at what we both thought indicated boy. I mean it looked like a little turtle between the legs.     Dr said he will not give me a 100% due to it being an action shot so I will be going back Nov. 7th for my organ scan with the perinatologist. So I am still waiting like many of you...

Anyone else in the NYC area and want to be on the Today show holding up a sign with me?

Hey to all of  you! :-) So far so good. I have been on my bedrest, no contractions, so hopefully all is well. I however did have my 4d u/s today :-) I was not up and about, sitting in car and they wheeled me in on wheelchair(so I was not up lol) and then laid in the giant chair for the u/s but I LOVED IT. Oh yeah the 4d showed a penis...it's a BOY! thats 3 things confirming how wrong acugen is! Summer

Funny!  I am going to NYC for vacation (I just posted "Acu-gen is terrible") and thought about doing the same thing!  I emailed them, although I doubt they will read my email.  A sign is a good idea, but my husband probably won't allow it...he gets embarrassed easily!

How 'bout, "Hey, Katie!  Check your facts!  My baby's NOT a boy!!"  I know they probably will think it's threatening, though.  I would just LOVE to get a response from the Today Show and go on air and bash Acu-gen!  I wish!
