    How many days before AF does temp usually start dropping?

    Had a really good temp rise today (at 10dpo), but am afraid to get my hopes up.  At what dpo does it mean AF is usually coming if you see a temp drop?

    Mine usually drops the day before I get AF. I hope the rise continues for youPray!!
