Just to update you on my situation.  They got it right for me- the u/s clearly showed one more BOY!

Anything else? very emotionally devistating.  they told me my u/s were wrong.  they told me i had a vanishing twin.  they refused to admit they were wrong or to apologize.

Also, the results of my amnio were all normal (thankfully!) and I am waiting to hear back from the company to see if they will refund my money. One thing that was weird is that they said the "dominant fetus is a boy"- I'm sure they'll try to use that as some sort of an out. I wish I had done more homework before I did this- luckily I had only bought a few things, but I really thought that the baby was a boy at that point and even let my son "hope" a little because he really wanted a brother. Needless to say, I am thrilled with another girl (especially after a scare with her and having to have the amnio done because of seeing a spot (echogenic focii) on her heart.)
 

Hi everyone, well my baby BOY is here! Skyler Tristan was born 4-27-06 weighing 8 lbs. 11oz.. at 8:11 am., and he is all boy and beautiful!! I will be contacting Acugen for the rest of my refund, although who knows if I'll ever see it knowing them. I'll let you know what happens. Lisa

I recieved my $550 refund.

My update - u/s shows GIRL!! BGM wrong yet again! =)
