Just from reading through, it looks as though Thailand is the cheapest option for those of us Down Under... but not many people seem to have had success there.

So in terms of IVF-PGD, which clinic/country has the best success rates?  

 Unlike the US, where results must be reported to a regulating body, other countries do not have the same practices. Unless someone has contacted all the different clinics you are interested in and asked them specifics so that you know that you are comparing apples with apples, I don't think anyone's going to be able to answer that question for you.
