I would say you are O'ing today or you have already O'ed.  That would give you around a 15 day LP which is good.  You should see your vaginal reading stay high for one more day to confirm O.

If you have never tracked your cycles before I would either temp along with the Cue or do the OPK's.  Temping is a little less reliable but if you want a really good sway I suggest you do them all but always trust the Cue!  It is extrememly accurate we just have to figure out your pattern. 

Next month we are going to take into consideration that you have a 30 day cycle legnth which is going to make day 15 or 16 your real O time.  I am going to use that....but you have to remind us cause I forget cycle to cycle...  You got a low and a vaginal high.  That coupled with the ew and cervix...you are Oing today.  Tomorrows reading might be higher....or around the same.  I would count today as O day though.

Even if you use OPK's you can still get a fake surge.  I think you can try them but I would trust the cue more.

If you were to try 0+12, I would probably keep checking cm all day today and do it later in the evening if it's still creamy.  I might not be so inclined to do it early on the day of O though.  Just my opinion....

I think you O'ed (or in the process of) TODAY!  That makes more since than CD 11, plus you had a nice vaginal rise today and your other symptoms confirm O probable today.  LP at 14-15 days is more probable than 19 right?!  Anyway, I am tracking my second cycle with my cue and I have noticed that my body is following the same pattern, which is good because now I know what to expect.  I hope that your cycle next month for your attempt does the same making your attempt that much better!

Oooh, I almost forgot, if you want to try OPK's, you can, but as others have said, they are not always reliable as you can have a fake surge.  If you want to use them, I would start testing once a day around CD 10-11 for you until you start getting what looks like to be Pos. OPK, then I would start testing twice a day until they go neg again.  You might also want to think about temping.  It is far from fool proof, but using these along with the Cue should give you more confidence for a good attempt.

Today's reading was Oral 151 and Vaginal 146, so maybe I didn't O yesterday. Does the VJ reading usually stay high for the 2nd day as well? It's very difficult for me to judge O from my Cm as the supplements are REALLY affecting the amount of CM I have.

Maybe I did in fact O on CD11 like you guys initially thought. But that would make my LP 19 days long.

I am leaving for Hawaii tomorrow - should I bring the Cue II with me and continue to take readings for the rest of the month or can I leave it at home and just begin again on CD1?

 Hmmmmm I am not sure.  I am going to revert to Jojo on this one.  Maybe you are having a shorter cycle this month from the supps or maybe it is longer and you haven't O'ed yet.  Let's see what Jojo says...

I called Zetek. They are so friendly and really helpful! They said that I did O yesterday (CD 15, exactly 7 days after my cue peak) and that my numbers are not high today b/c there is still a bit of estrogen left in my system. They said if TTC, we should try again today. Oh, if this was only our month! It seems like today would be perfect for O+12!!! I would try, but we haven't been on the supps quite long enough, plus dh has not abstained and I want him to when we DTD.

I don't think I am going to bring the Cue II to Hawaii. I don't want to risk it getting damaged and since I've already O'd it's not that important to take readings for the rest of this cycle now anyhow.

OK, back to packing. (I hate getting ready for trips!)

 That makes sense!  Even though the 146 is lower it is still higher than the 105 you had as your low.  I wouldn't take your Cue to Hawaii either.  I meant to say that last time if you did in fact O.  Have a great time and just know that I am super jealous!!!!

I wouldn't bring it.  You most likely Oed.  If your cycle legnth is usually 30 days it is probably what happened.  Part of me really thinks you Oed the first time, but having such a long LP is not normal so it's a long shot.  If you get your period any earlier, you will have your answer though.  i would count this most recent O as the real O.  Sometimes it's lower progesterone that can cause a lower number too.  I don't know about estrogen...LOL...Either way, I think you can let this cycle rest and we'll see how next month goes.
