Is there a hidden twin? Help please.

Hello, I'm new here and a bit confused/thinking like a crazy person. I recently had an ultrasound and I swear that at some points I see something behind the baby. A few seconds in I swear I saw two hands and later, at the bottom of the baby (where the legs are) at one point there seems to be an extra foot in between the baby's legs! I stared so hard while the doc was doing the ultrasound, but felt crazy for asking if there was two. I figured if there were he'd have seen it, right? But then I got my doppler and listened and lately I'm hearing two distinct heartbeats (not mine which is around 80 BPM) and it's not the placenta! I get one distinct beat at around 146-150, the other from 150-155. I know this sounds crazy but could they have missed one? I would really appreciate your opinions, I am waiting for my husband to return home before I call the doc for a second ultrasound, I'm very nervous!

Here is a link to the ultrasound video, at approximately 20 seconds, in the upper left (above where the doc has pointed arrows to hands) there seems to be 2 fists. A few seconds later around 21-25 seconds it seems to be a foot, like your looking at a footprint in between the sideways lying baby. I imagine if there are two, they're sitting in a plus sign kind of position in the u/s. Also when the baby moves one direction there seems to be something behind moving in another direction.

I have had loads of ultrasound pics and I am sorry I only see one baby.  I am not a tech. Maybe Charliecats will have a look.
