If I am correct and this is the nub that I have circled below I say it has an angle up and I say

Thanks EMS!  Doctor said that was umbilical cord in that shot.  I was curious because I was surprised when doctor said he was 90% sure it was a  girl based on what he saw on ultrasound.  But now I'm doubting that.

By the way how do you circle the nub in the picture?

It looks like the nub to me. I wont say anymore or I will create more confusion. I think you'll need more expertise than me. Maybe CharlieCats can help! 

To circle the pics I save them to my computer and put them in the paint program...circle the bits and re save and post them back here. Quite easy.
