Do you have to watch these when following the girl tier diet -
For the GIRL diet the ranges are:
(salt) Na++ 700-1000 mg
(Potassium) K+ 2,500-3,500 mg
(calcium) Ca 1,200-1,800 mg
(Magnesium) Mg 200-300 mg
I mean if something is on the tier diet then is it ok or do you have to add up all salt - potassium - calcium - mag each day?
It is very hard to know how much potassium is in stuff - Any thoughts?
