Just wanted to let everyone on here know about a small article in the Daily Mail about fertility. It said that fertility declines after the age of 35 and one of the reasons is because the lining of the womb is thinner with advancing age. Therefore women over 35 are advised not to take aspirin or other blood thinning drugs if they are trying to conceive. I have been trying for 7 months now and am 37 years old. I previously thought that baby aspirin would help me to conceive and also sway towards a girl, which were the two reasons I have been taking it. However, now I realise that taking the aspirin may be one of the reasons that I haven't been able to conceive so I will stop taking it as well as cranberry (which also thins the blood).
Just wanted to share the information with others.
