URGENT advice needed regarding ovulation after miscarriage PLS!

that is what i have been told to do, to count the first day of full flow of bleeding as cd1 and to calculate my dates from there.

i have also been reading on other sites and meny ladies are saying to wait for at least one cycle,but i think if i was to wait and just do planning for the next few weeks i will go crazy as all i have been doing is planning and getting no where.at the hospital and from my gp i have been told that to think that my mc was a late af and that it has not done any damage,so to carry on as normal and that is what im going to do.

before my mc and even before i was pg i was very stressed, i thought that i cound never get pg and every second of the day all i could think of was babyz.this was the reason it was hard for me to concive STRESS!!! lots of ladies i have tolked to have said that what helped them to get over their mc is when they have become pg asap and also meny ladies have said after their mc not been able to concive straght away was more depressing and did not help getting over the grife of the mc.

it seems like i have ovulated now i did a pg test this morning and it was -negative and after that i did a ovulation test and it has come out positive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! . what shall i do??? the problem is that we bd yesterday and my dh did insist on unprotected x as he believed OV could happen anytime, but like an idiot, i told him it was too early and now im worried as he was right and since we had X yesterday, his sperm count might be low.
i want to ask how long does the egg last [waiting for the little swimmers???
how long does it take for the sperm count take to build back up?? my dh as a good sperm quality.
is there any thing we can do like eat or drink something to help our little swimers get to the destination quickly???
i am willing to try anything.

just like to add i have been charting my bbt and this morning my temp had a sharp fall, this was one of the signs and the second was the ovulation test coming out as +

NOTE: I have read on the instructions that if the OV test shows positive, then it means i will be ovulating in the next 24-36hrs...but should i start bedding now..i.e in the next few hours or later?

I'm sorry for posting again, but i'm not sure if the actual test result is positive for sure.  The reason i say this is because to have a positive the test window (square) has to be the same as or darker than the control window (round).

I'm not 100% sure as to me, the test window is slightly lighter than the control window, so i'm posting these 2 pictures for you girls to decide:-

Also i have had a 0.4 degress temperature drop.  This could be because of ovulation or maybe because i woke up at 4.30am and did a bbt test.

Any advice will be much appreciated.

i've just gone and bought a clearblue ovulation test which shows more clearly the results with eithier a smily circle face (LH SURGE) or an empty circle (NO LH SURGE).  I've tested and it shows the empty circle :-( ....so therefore the previous test must be incorrect.

hi baba, i'm also sorry to hear about your lost, i lost mine the 11th (last week Friday).  I had two normal pregnancies, two boys, 11 and 2 (yeah big gap).  my period was due Sunday the 8th, nothing came, took a hpt bfp!!  Spotting started on Tuesday, never had this with the previous pregnancies.  I thought to myself that this one could be different.  On Wednesday i went for a beta test, came back positive (12.7), little cramping started Wednesday, like AF is due anytime.  On Friday I took another Beta (just to be sure that everyting is fine, because this spotting is so new to me), test came back positive but a drop in count 6.7.  I went to my gynae the same hour, she took a vaginal sonar and that's also when the bleeding started.  Yes, I was definately pregnant, 5weeks!  She gave me 3 x Cytotec to make sure my uterus sheds all tissue................... I was devasted!  cried and cried and cried.  it's now 6 days after my m/c, and the bleeding stopped this morning.  I found some mucus that looks like ovulating / stretchy kind of mucus a couple of minutes ago, don't know whether this could be that i'm ovulating??  My cycle is exactly 28days.  My gynae said that i can try immediatley ttc if i want to, also that i must see my m/c as the beginning of AF. So yes, according to her the first day of my m/c was cycle day 1, i'm on cd 6 now. I'm not to sure about the ovulation date, i will be checking my cervix from CD11 and furhter on, as for the stretchy cm that i'm experiencing now.......just six days after my m/c...........i'm bluffed, let's wait and see what happens from CD11-14.  How will anyone know if they fell pregnant a few days after their m/c???? I mean, how do they even know if they've conceived?  Wouldn't it be nice to know exactly the time of conceiving?  The one thing i've learned out of this m/c is that i will never ever take another beta test again, i'll stick to hpt and also wait at least three months before confirming my pg with anyone.......

hope everyone that went through a m/c or tried for soooooooo long will soon get their bfp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i am also thinking the same thing "never to tell enyone that im pg untill at least 3/4months.

i was also told by my docs to take the m/c as an late af, i have been trying to get pg straght after my m/c eaven though the docs told m e to wait for atlesst one cycle, but i dont see the point as only getting pg will help me get over my m/c.

im sure you cannot ovulate as early as 6 days into your m/c because the hcg leavel is still in your body and your body will not releas any eggs wilst you have get hcg in your body.

it takes at least 3/4 weeks for the hcg to leave your body,i know this because i did the kept doing the hpt and it has just left my body and i got my stiky/strechy cm just yestody 3weeks after my m/c.

all women are diffrentall i can say what happen to me and i hope it helps, the best indecater for ovulation i think is cm eaven the opk do not help after a m/c.

i truly hope and pray for the best for all of us on in-gender.

thanks for coming back to me.  did you also count CD1 from the first day of your m/c (late AF)??  Yes i've noticed some strecthy / sticky ovulation cm only 5-6 days after m/c and it went on for only two days.  However today i'm on cd 11 and noticed some stretchy / sticky ovulation cm again!!!................i guess this could be the real one now.......

we've done another beta (HCG blood test) and the count was 0.. in last week already, it was so heartbreaking, cause the two previous tests were positive.  But today i'm feeling better, one day at a time, i hope you also feel this way..

in other words as per your mail you only got your sticky / stretchy mc three weeks after your m/c, i take it your AF never came up to now?  so by next week you could start testing again or maybe AF?  i hope and pray it's a BFPPPPPPP!!!!!!

This week is also important for me, my DH is working so hard, his under lots of pressure, especially when it's nearing end of month. guess it's time to get the candles out and get some nice oils to treat him................

can someone please help, im in the tww and yet had no major symptons but last night just before i went to bed i was so dizzy and everytime i looked at the walls in my bed room i thought they spinning around me that is how bad it was.

i thought i was going to die,i had shortness of breath , feeling sick[but could not vomit] and my head was killing with pain. this lasted for at least one hour.

just before i got dizzy i was helping mu dh to sort out the carpet in the hall way and  i thought i must of got an elargic reaction to the underlear of the carpet but im telling you it was very bad i have never experianced anything like this before.

this morning i feel much better like as though notting ever happened, i just feel a little tyered and i dont feel like doing anything.

has someone been through this and did you get a bfp???
