I share your feelings about the lunar cycle!  I had the idea of waiting a month each time in between.  I read something about just looking at the moon phase part up to before whole for girl whole down for boy (I hpoe I got that right!), I'm just starting to figure out this moon stuff!  So are you going to try every other month, or throw the whole thing out of the equation?  I wanted to try next month but the moon thing says boy and the following month is not during my ovulation date.  I probally will try clomid and don't want to mess around too much wasting time, but also REALLY want another DD.  Whats your thoughts on the whole thing?

Good luck with the moon stuff! I've tried to figure it out, but it's just turning into a bigger hassle than I thought. I have decided not to wait every other month since I am too impatient to do that. What I am trying to do is keeping track of what sign I'm in everyday and I'm hoping I O on a day that is in a girl sign and the following day has a girl sign too. July is telling me I will have a DS, but I don't know how accurate that is. I think I conceived my DS on a boy sign so I think I may go that route. Like I said....I'm just going by the signs and keeping my ph low. Plus I'm adding a little praying on the side.

I'm really hoping to get PG in the near future...regardless of whether I have a DS or a DD. Honestly.....I could try every girl method in the book and still end up having a DS so I don't even know if it's worth waiting every other month. I'm still swaying slightly....hoping it may help my chances.

Do you know when you conceived your DD? Did it line up with any girl signs? At least you already have a DD so even if you conceive and it's a boy.....at least you'll have the best of both worlds. So you can't go wrong either way!

Hello! I am confused by all this lunar stuff too.  Do I have it right -- new moon up to full is a girl sign?  Do you have a spot you are looking at to find out girl dates?  I saw one site that gave me an every other month boy then girl dates but like you don't want to do every other month! 

Also what are these ion things?   I am trying to pull together as many things as possible to increase the odds of a DD!

Thanks for helping to straighten me out!!  I really am trying to get a strong attempt together for next month!  I was so tempted earlier today to TTC tonight (I FINALLY got a +OPK today!), but after praying about it I just feel like I am rushing and want to try my best you know...  I don't like being patient but really want to help prepare my body the best I can to sway toward getting one (dare I say I would LOVE twins) DD.

I think the new moon favors girls but I'm not positive. I've read a few other conversations and some have conceived girls in a Full Moon. So I guess I wouldn't really go by that theory. The one website I was on alternated boy and girl months with me too. Actually, the Jonas method calculator said if I DTD today (the 13th), I will conceive a DS. But today I'm in a girl sign and actually I have EWCM today too. So let's say I'm Oing today......if sperm would meet egg today, does that mean I'll have chance of a DD because I'm in a girl sign or will I have a chance at at DS because the Jonas calculator said today is boy day? So I don't know what will happen.

 I do not understand the ion things so I'm sorry I can't help you out there. The moon theory just seems like a lot of trouble to follow unless someone out there truely understands it. My advice would be to just try and keep your PH low. The acidity supposidly favors girls so that may increase your odds of having a DD instead of relying on the moon theory.

I've been very obsessed for awhile with thinking of every method I can to try and sway for a girl. It has seemed to be a little tedious. And if you look at it this way.......what if you spend a few months preparing your body for a DD and finally get PG and five months later you find out your having a DS. Wouldn't you feel like you just sacrificed a lot for nothing. Then again you could end up with a DD. So it's basically all in how much effort you want to put into it.
