Someone told me about this the other day and I wanted to know if anyone has done this and did your house sell quickly?  We have had our house on the marked for around 70 days and we need to sell it by August 1st.  We have reduced our price by $15,000 and at the price we are at it is a steal.  So I am getting slightly panicked and wanted to know if you have heard that this works???

    TIA!!!

I never did it...but heard about it.  I think it is worth a shot!  And lots and lots of prayer will help too!

My MIL's house is for sale and she buried a statue right under the sign.  It has been on the market for 2 mo.  I hope it works but I'm starting to doubt it.

I've never heard of this, but it's worth a try. Or you might talk to Carey....she pushes people down her steps and that seems to peak their interest. Happy ROFL

My friend did it and they sold their house about six months later.  It had been on the market for quite awhile before, too.  But, they did lower the price about $20,000 so I don't know if it's the statue or finally getting the price in the right range.

we did it, and sold in 30 days. the market was different honestly i think that was what helped. although, how you burry him matters(this is what mil told me, so not sure). i said ok i would believe her since she went to catholic school for 12 years.lol
