just wondered if anyone is familiar with this? According to the principles of foot reflexology, there is a lump just beneath the bone on the inner side of your ankle:

The lump is only there when you are pregnant and represents the uterus. If the lump on the left side is bigger than on the right, you are supposed to have a girl. On a Dutch site, they took a survey. It was correct for girls in 85% of the cases. For boys, it was harder to determine (could not read back why, the forum page was deleted).

Is it correct for you?

errr....no lumps on either of my ankles - I'm obviously not pregnant then, just getting fatter for no reason!
